Engineering Services Coordinator £26,000 - £30,000 DOE Manchester Permanent We are thrilled to be recruiting for our RAPIDLY EXPANDING Installation and Service Engineering client for a new Service Coordinator to join their Customer Services Team. They are looking for an experienced Service Coordinator, ideally with a strong engineer scheduling background, strong Excel Reporting skills and able to raise PO's and Invoices for work completed. What You'll Be Doing: Scheduling and planning engineer's work in line with service schedules and ongoing projects Handling customer enquiries, processing orders, and preparing quotes and pro-forma invoices Coordinating service visits, breakdown responses, and remedial works. Managing job documentation, including job sheets, waste transfer notes, and service reports. Liaising with customers to book appointments, handle objections, and sell services where appropriate. Using CRM to maintain service schedules, update equipment records, and process job completions What We're Looking For: Excellent organisational and time-management skills. Strong communication and customer service abilities. Confident working with schedules, diaries, and administrative systems. Comfortable using business CRM software Able to multitask and thrive in a dynamic, service-oriented environment. A team player with a hands-on, can-do attitude.
