Dutch Teacher (Part-time, Face-to-Face) Location: Covent Garden, London Start Date: 9th February Hours:  This is a part-time position. This role focuses on teaching face-to-face adult group classes in the evenings. Lessons take place once a week from 18.30 to 20.30. As part of IH London, you’ll have the opportunity to work in a supportive, international community of teachers, with access to resources, professional development, and a lively student community. Responsibilities Plan and deliver engaging, high-qualityDutchlessons to adult learners. Design creative and effective learning materials. Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback. Create an inclusive and motivating classroom environment. Collaborate with colleagues to maintain high teaching standards. Complete attendance records and progress reports as needed. Essential Skills & Requirements Right to work in the UK (must be UK-based). Proficiency in Dutch (native or near-native level– C2). Fluent English. Initial teaching qualification (e.g. PGCE, CELTAcertificate). Minimum 2 years’ experience teaching adults in a formal setting. Desirable Skills & Qualifications Degree inDutchLanguage & Literature, or in Modern Languages. Experience teaching both group and individual lessons. Flexibility to teach additional evening courses.
