Junior Project Manager

An opportunity has arisen for a Junior Project Manager to support a Senior Project Manager on a live construction project based at London Bridge. The project involves a three-floor internal fit-out. This role is ideal for a motivated individual looking to develop their career in project management within construction. If performance is strong and workload allows, there is potential for the role to become permanent. Key Responsibilities * Assisting the Senior Project Manager with day-to-day site operations * Supporting project coordination, scheduling, and site activities * Helping manage subcontractors, materials, and site logistics * Monitoring progress and reporting updates * Ensuring health and safety procedures are followed on site * Assisting with documentation, reporting, and general project administration Candidate Requirements * Junior-level experience or strong interest in construction/project management * Willingness to learn and develop skills on site * Proactive, reliable, and organised * Good communication and teamwork skills * Ability to work on site in a fast-paced environment What’s on Offer * 6-month contract with potential to go permanent * Hands-on learning alongside an experienced Senior Project Manager * Exposure to a commercial internal fit-out project * Immediate start available
