An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Internal Sales Coordinator to join their existing busy team. This Internal Sales Coordinator will be involved with preparing quotes, answering various queries and using a CRM system to support the team. Job Description for the Internal Sales Coordinator: Produce quotes for customers by telephone and email to meet customer specifications Respond to inbound enquiries over the phone Update customer records on the CRM Providing support to the Sales team Maintain close communication with customers and build excellent rapport Requirements for the Internal Sales Coordinator role: Must have experience working in a similar role Experience using CRM systems and MS Office Ability to liaise with customers and have excellent telephone skills Be able to work in a fast-paced role Driving licence is essential Understanding of engineering principles Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm Salary: £26,000 Per Annum Benefits: 30 holidays, including BH, rising to 33 after 1 year of service and the beginning of the next calendar year Auto-enrolment pension.
