What You’ll Do * Manage the planning, coordination, and delivery of all examinations and assessments across the College * Act as the main point of contact with awarding bodies and external regulators * Ensure full compliance with JCQ and awarding body regulations at all times * Develop and maintain robust exam policies, procedures, and contingency plans * Lead, train, and support invigilators and exams staff across multiple campuses * Oversee exam timetables, entries, results, and certification processes * Work closely with curriculum teams, SEND services, and senior leaders to support learners’ needs * Lead on inspections, audits, and quality assurance related to examinations What You’ll Bring * Proven experience in examinations administration or assessment management * Detailed knowledge of JCQ and awarding body regulations and compliance requirements * Exceptional organisational skills with strong attention to detail * Confidence managing complex schedules, deadlines, and competing priorities * Strong communication and stakeholder management skills * Experience leading or coordinating teams (desirable) * Experience in further education or a multi-site organisation (desirable, but not essential) Why Choose This Path?
