Night Shift Fabric Supervisor – West London – £50,000 – 4 on 4 off Nights A supervisor role for a qualified fabric professional who leads from the front. Strong fit for someone who balances hands on work with planning, reporting, and team control. What You’ll Be Doing * Leading the night fabric team and allocating workloads * Managing reactive tasks and prioritising safety critical issues * Remaining hands on across fabric repairs when required * Completing quality checks and signing off completed tasks * Managing subcontractors on night activities when needed * Producing clear shift handovers and defect reports * Updating CAFM tasks, job sheets, and compliance notes * Supporting performance, standards, and site presentation What We’re Looking For * Level 2 qualification in a relevant trade * Proven fabric maintenance background in commercial buildings * Supervisory experience on live sites * Strong admin skills, clear written reporting, and task management * Confident communication with stakeholders and security teams What’s In It For You * £50,000 salary * 4 on 4 off nights * 21 days annual leave plus bank holidays * Good pension scheme * Supervisor training and development pathway * Stable contract with structured team support
