Shift Fabric Engineer – West London – £40,000 – Nights Only – 4 on 4 off A night role with strong time off and steady work. Good fit for fabric engineers who like structured shifts and clear task lists. What You’ll Be Doing * Completing night shift fabric PPMs and inspections * Reactive fabric repairs during live operations * Basic plumbing repairs and first line fixes * Carpentry repairs, doors, locks, and fittings * Painting and making good tasks * Supporting minor works and site presentation standards * Updating shift handover notes and job sheets * Reporting defects and escalation items to day teams What We’re Looking For * Level 2 qualification in a relevant trade * Strong fabric maintenance experience * Comfortable working nights in a live environment * Good standards on finishing and presentation * Clear reporting and reliable admin What’s In It For You * £40,000 salary * 4 on 4 off nights * 22 days annual leave plus bank holidays * Good pension scheme * Training support and progression route * Stable team and structured handovers
