Supply and Demand Planner Seniority Level: Senior Location: Jönköping, Sweden (100% onsite) Assignment Period: 2 Feb 2026 - 30 Sep 2027 Contract Type: Fixed-term Assignment Assignment Overview: We are seeking a talented Master Planner to serve as the pivotal contact for production planning, ensuring factory needs are seamlessly integrated into the overall S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) processes. Key Responsibilities: - Lead production planning at operational, tactical, and strategic levels. - Ensure demand is met with appropriate capacity and optimize planning processes to reduce costs and improve delivery accuracy. - Manage forecasts for inventory and volume, monitor results, and initiate corrective actions. - Ensure and develop the obsolescence process. - Compile factory reporting into S&OP and follow up on KPIs. - Act quickly and systematically on purchasing deviations, such as lead times, deliveries, and prices. - Maintain relevant planning system data, including article setup. - Coordinate planning in development projects and support Team Centre implementation from a factory perspective. - Represent planning in the local management team. - Lead and assign tasks within the planning team. Qualifications: - Deep knowledge of production and demand planning across all levels. - Documented experience in forecasting, inventory optimization, and cost control. - Experience in production preparation and operational purchasing. - Budgeting experience from a planning and procurement perspective. - Strong process development skills and ability to define KPIs. - Highly proficient in MPS/MFG-Pro or similar systems. - Collaborative and cross-functional team experience. - Project management experience. - Fluent in Swedish and English.
