A highly respected construction consultancy in Manchester is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their established project management team. The Project Manager will lead a variety of commercial and hospitality developments across the North West, offering exposure to high-profile schemes. This is a brilliant opportunity for a Project Manager to progress within a supportive consultancy with a strong track record in delivering complex refurbishments and new build projects. The Project Manager will enjoy taking ownership of client relationships and delivering projects from early feasibility through to handover. The Project Manager's role The Project Manager will be responsible for delivering projects ranging from £5m-£40m, primarily within the hotel, mixed-use, and commercial office space sectors. Day-to-day duties include: Full pre and post-contract project delivery Managing design development and procurement processes Client liaison and stakeholder management Leading progress meetings and reporting Overseeing programme and cost performance You will play a key role in maintaining long-term client relationships and guiding junior team members as the consultancy continues to grow its Manchester office.
