Electrical Maintenance Engineer Salary: £46,000 per annum DOE Location: Sandwich, Kent Shift Pattern: 4 on / 4 off (12-hour shifts, days and nights) Why join our client? Key Responsibilities: * Carry out planned maintenance to maximise machinery uptime * Respond to reactive maintenance tasks, minimising downtime * Work on electrical installations up to 440V and safety circuits * Diagnose faults using mechanical and electrical root cause analysis * Support the Maintenance team in achieving zero breakdowns Essential Skills & Experience: * NVQ Level 3+ in Engineering with 5+ years’ electrical/mechanical experience * Electrical Engineering apprenticeship, ideally in manufacturing * Strong problem-solving skills under pressure * Knowledge of AC/DC motors and variable speed drives Desirable: * 18th Edition IEE Wiring Regulations * Experience in 24/7 manufacturing environments * Basic welding techniques Benefits: * Enhanced overtime rates * Private healthcare * Life assurance * 25 days of annual leave * Death in service cover Morgan Jones is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive environment and is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer.
