Project Manager Fit Out

Fabric Fit-Out Project Manager Location: Canary Wharf & Site Based Hours: 07:00 – 16:00 (flexible) Contract: Permanent Overview We are seeking an experienced Fabric Fit-Out Project Manager to deliver multiple commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects across London. The role covers CAT A / CAT B fit-out and fabric works, managing projects from survey and design coordination through to completion and handover. Key Responsibilities * Manage multiple fabric & interior fit-out projects to programme, budget, and quality standards * Deliver works including partitions, ceilings, flooring, joinery, decorations, doorsets, and fire stopping * Produce and manage project programmes, budgets, forecasts, and reports * Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams * Attend and lead client and progress meetings * Ensure full compliance with Health, Safety, Environmental & Quality procedures * Produce and maintain RAMS, construction phase plans, and site records * Manage QA, handover documentation, O&M manuals, and as-built drawings * Drive high standards of site management and client satisfaction Requirements * Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Project Manager with a Main Contractor * Proven experience delivering commercial fabric / fit-out projects * CAT A / CAT B fit-out or refurbishment background preferred * SMSTS or IOSH Managing Safely * Full UK Driving Licence * Able to commute within 1 hour / 50 miles of London Desirable * Degree or HNC/HND in Construction or related discipline * ILM or similar management qualification * First Aid trained Package Travel or Car Allowance Pension Training & Development 24 days holiday + 8 bank holidays Employee-Owned Trust membership after 12 months Health, Life & Dental Insurance Project Performance Bonus
