We are currently recruiting an experienced School Office Manager to work at a Secondary School in Birmingham. About the Role As Office Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the smooth running of the school office, leading a team to provide exceptional administration and support to the Senior Leadership Team and wider school community. Key Responsibilities: * Deliver high-level administrative support to the Senior Leadership Team. * Lead, motivate and develop the administration team, promoting our vision: “to be the best part of your day.” * Manage the school office efficiently, ensuring outstanding customer service at all levels. * Compile and manage data, including termly census returns and CTF processing. * Liaise effectively with external agencies and internal support services. * Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion. * Maintain safeguarding, data protection, and security protocols. * Interact positively with pupils, parents, staff, and visitors. * Demonstrate strong ICT and organisational skills. * Work collaboratively across the Trust and contribute to continuous improvement. What we need from you: * NVQ Level 3 Administration/ Finance (or equivalent) * Knowledge or Arbor and IRIS is beneficial but not necessary * You must have experience in a school office environment, including school finance * Experience of systems such as SIMS, FMS, Word and Excel * Experience of clerical duties; email, good telephone manner * Excellent attendance record * Enhanced DBS certificate on the Update Service (legal requirement) I C Talent are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
