Joinery CAD, Planning & Workshop Manager 📍 Evesham, Worcestershire 💷 Up to £45,000 per annum 🕒 Full-time | Permanent A well-established bespoke joinery business in Evesham is seeking an experienced Joinery CAD, Planning & Workshop Manager to oversee day-to-day workshop operations and manage projects from enquiry through to manufacture and installation. This is a hands-on leadership role, managing a small skilled team while taking ownership of planning, CAD, and production scheduling. The Role Day-to-day management of the joinery workshop Lead and supervise a small workshop team Plan workloads, schedules, and resources to meet deadlines Produce AutoCAD drawings and cutting lists Manage materials purchasing and suppliers Co-ordinate projects from enquiry through to installation Liaise with customers on designs, specifications, and timelines Carry out site measurements when required Ensure health & safety standards are consistently maintained The Ideal Candidate Joinery or construction background (essential) AutoCAD experience (essential) Experience managing or supervising a small team Strong planning and organisational skills Confident communicator with customers and suppliers Able to manage multiple bespoke projects Package Salary up to £45,000 (DOE) Company pension Additional leave Health & wellbeing programme Life insurance Free on-site parking Location & Requirements Based in or able to commute to Evesham (WR11) Right to work in the UK 📞 To apply or for a confidential discussion, contact David on (phone number removed)
