Demolition Project Manager


Demolition Project Manager DCS are seeking an experienced Demolition Project Manager to oversee various demolition projects across the UK ranging from small buildings to large industrial sites. You will be responsible for managing budgets, programmes, subcontractors, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. Key Responsibilities Manage demolition projects from planning to completion Control budgets, schedules, and forecasting Supervise operatives and subcontractors Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and project teams Prepare progress reports and project documentation Identify and manage project risks Oversee site setup, equipment, and waste disposalRequirements Minimum 5 year's experience in demolition project management Strong knowledge of demolition methods, equipment, and safety standards Demolition Manager CSCS card Excellent communication and organisational skills Competent with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Strong problem solving skills and ability to manage multiple projects If this opportunity sounds well suited to you and you have the right experience, please apply with your CV to receive a call back.
