Business Development Manager – Fire & Security Systems A high‑growth fire and security integrator is seeking an exceptional Business Development Manager to drive new business across Fire Alarms, Intruder Alarms, CCTV and Access Control solutions. This is a pure hunter role—perfect for a Business Development Manager who thrives on winning, closing, and earning. The Role As the Business Development Manager, you will: * Proactively generate new business across commercial, industrial, and public‑sector clients * Sell Fire Alarm, Intruder Alarm, CCTV and Access Control systems * Build and manage a strong pipeline, converting high‑value opportunities * Deliver persuasive presentations, proposals, and tenders * Work closely with technical teams to ensure seamless project handover * Represent the brand with professionalism, energy, and commercial sharpness This position is ideal for a Business Development Manager who is money‑driven, competitive, and motivated by uncapped earning potential.
