A dynamic and growing construction consultancy based in Birmingham is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support on a diverse range of developments across the Midlands. The Assistant Project Manager will join a collaborative team delivering projects across a variety of sectors. This position is perfect for an Assistant Project Manager who wants to work on meaningful schemes, contribute to client engagement, and gain experience on projects from concept to completion. The Assistant Project Manager's role The Assistant Project Manager will be supporting Senior and Project Managers on schemes ranging from £2m-£30m, focusing on hospital refurbishments, clinics, and retail rollouts. Responsibilities include: Preparing project briefs and tracking project milestones Liaising with contractors and design teams Contributing to risk management and programme updates Preparing meeting minutes and progress reports Supporting contract administration tasks The consultancy is known for providing comprehensive APC support and encourages early responsibility for junior staff, making this ideal for an Assistant Project Manager looking to progress quickly.
