Field Sales Manager – Midlands & South of England Permanent | Field-Based Salary: Up to £DOE (incl. car allowance) + bonus + benefits A global leader in particular protective packaging solutions, supplying high-performance flexible packaging to industrial markets worldwide, alongside their sister company. Due to continued growth, we’re looking for a commercially driven Field Sales Manager to strengthen our Sales team and drive regional growth across the Midlands and South of England. 🔍 The Role This is a high-impact, autonomous field sales role focused on new business development, account growth, and long-term customer partnerships within industrial and manufacturing sectors. You’ll manage your own territory, delivering consultative, technically led solutions while representing the business professionally in the market. 💼 Key Responsibilities * Drive new business and sustainable revenue growth within your region * Identify, prospect, and convert new customers through structured field activity * Conduct customer meetings, site visits, and technical discussions * Deliver tailored, consultative sales solutions aligned to customer needs * Build strong, trust-based customer relationships * Manage pricing, negotiations, and sales pipelines to achieve profitable outcomes * Maintain accurate CRM records and provide forecasts, reports, and market insight * Represent the business at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events * Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure excellent customer experience 👤 About You * Minimum 5 years’ B2B sales experience within industrial or manufacturing environments * Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets * Technically minded with the ability to understand customer processes and solutions * Experienced in managing a field-based sales territory * Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills * Organised, self-motivated, and comfortable working autonomously * Confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office * Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel (Packaging experience is advantageous but not essential.) 🌍 Additional Details * Field-based role covering the Midlands & South of England * Monthly visits to the site for training and collaboration * Occasional international travel may be required 🤝 Why Join? * Join a growing, global business with a strong reputation * Supportive, collaborative team culture * Genuine opportunity to influence commercial strategy and long-term growth * Competitive salary, bonus, and benefits package 👉 Interested?
