The Role As a Production Team Leader, you'll play a key role in ensuring smooth, efficient, and safe daily operations across the production floor. You'll lead, motivate, and develop a team of operators while maintaining high standards of output, quality, and compliance. Key Responsibilities Lead and support a team of production operatives to meet daily targets Coordinate workflow, allocate tasks, and manage staffing levels Monitor performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives Ensure adherence to health & safety, quality, and operational procedures Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback Report production data, issues, and opportunities to senior management Support problem-solving and root-cause activities to reduce downtime About You We're looking for someone who is: Experienced in a supervisory or team-leading role within manufacturing Confident in coaching and motivating a diverse team Strong in communication, organisation, and decision-making Proactive, solutions-focused, and committed to improvement Knowledgeable in lean, 5S, or similar methodologies (desirable) Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment Why Join Our Client?
