Production Supervisor

My client is a growing organic food manufacturing company in West London who have gone from strength to strength since launching 10 years ago. They are seeking a Production Supervisor to lead a production team, ensure smooth daily operations, and maintain high standards of food safety and quality. Key Responsibilities: Lead and motivate the production team to meet daily targets Manage workflow, allocate tasks, and support stock control Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards Maintain a clean and efficient production environment Identify and support continuous improvement initiativesSkills & Experience: Experience supervising in a food manufacturing environment Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills Hands‑on, practical approach with good time management Understanding of food safety and health & safety standards Basic IT skills (MS Office desirable)Core Competencies: Leadership, teamwork, communication, problem‑solving, quality focus, reliability.
