Your Impact as a Cover Aftersales Advisor This is a versatile and pivotal position where you will be the face of the business, ensuring a seamless experience for every customer across the area. Your ability to build rapport and process data accurately will be key to success in Dorset. Customer Journey: Build strong, lasting customer relationships, providing outstanding service and communication throughout the entire customer journey. Maximise Sales: Actively promote and secure service and repair work, recommending additional products such as service plans and warranties. Process Management: Accurately capture customer and vehicle information in the Dealer Management System (DMS) and ensure work requests reflect both customer needs and technician requirements. Compliance: Process paperwork in line with company and manufacturer standards, especially for warranty and fleet transactions, and ensure accurate processing of Vehicle Health Checks. Efficiency: Focus on loading workshop hours to maximise labour sales and resolve all customer queries promptly and professionally. What We Need From You While previous experience as a Service Advisor is preferred, training will be given to the right candidate with the drive and enthusiasm to succeed. Flexibility: Willingness to travel across all dealership sites as needed throughout Dorset. Drive: An ambitious approach, driven by a desire for commission and career progression. Skills: Strong communication and customer service skills, coupled with the ability to adapt quickly to new systems and teams. Licence: A full UK driving licence is required (subject to licence checks).
