Implementation Engineer - £60,000 - Remote Location: Remote (UK-based) Salary: Competitive + Benefits About the Role My client is seeking a Software Implementation Engineer to lead the successful delivery and configuration of a compliance-focused software platform for global clients. This is a hands-on role where you will manage end-to-end implementation projects, ensuring systems are tailored to meet customer requirements and industry best practices. Key Responsibilities Manage and execute implementation plans and work packages Gather and document client requirements, configuring systems accordingly Develop User Acceptance Testing scripts and oversee testing phases Deliver client training sessions and create supporting documentation Provide post-implementation support and drive continuous improvement Report and resolve software changes or bugs within project timelinesWhat We're Looking For Strong technical skills in SQL, HTML/CSS, Excel VBA Experience with software implementation and support Familiarity with supply chain planning/ERP systems Knowledge of product compliance regulations (e.g., RoHS, REACH, WEEE, Conflict Minerals) Experience with PLM systems such as PTC Windchill, Teamcenter, Oracle Agile, or SAP PLM Excellent communication skills and ability to work autonomously Exposure to ASP.NET/C# development preferred
