Estimator (Fit-Out)

Criteria for the Role * Demonstrable experience as an Estimator or Assistant Estimator within a contractor or subcontractor environment. * Strong background in pricing commercial fitout, refurbishment, or high-end interiors projects. * Strong numerical, analytical, and commercial skills, with high attention to detail. * Proficiency in estimating software such as Buildsoft, alongside advanced Excel capability. * Excellent communication skills and ability to prepare clear tender documentation. * Degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Economics preferred.
