Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor – Data Centre Location: Oxford, UK Package:£70,000 - £80,000 + Allowances + Benefits Type: Full-Time | On-Site Sector: Hyperscale Data Centres | Mission-Critical Infrastructure A leading international main contractor delivering large-scale hyperscale data centre projects is seeking an experienced Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor to join its commercial team on a major campus development in Oxford. This contractor is known for delivering technically complex, high-value mission-critical projects for global technology clients. With a strong UK and European pipeline, this role offers long-term security, project continuity, and progression into senior commercial leadership. Key Responsibilities • Commercial management of MEP packages from procurement through final account • Preparation and management of budgets, forecasts, and cost reports • Assessment and agreement of subcontractor valuations and variations • Management of change control and cost reporting to senior leadership • Support procurement strategies and contract negotiations • Ensure commercial compliance with contract terms and project procedures Requirements • Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management • Strong MEP commercial experience on data centre or complex building projects • Proven ability to manage large MEP packages • Excellent commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills
