Senior Technical Services Manager (MEP) Permanent | Central London (Islington & surrounding areas) £80,000 - £90,000 Basic + 5K Travel Allowance + Prestigious Projects + Central London work + Package + MORE We are currently working with one of London’s leading prestige fit-out contractors, who are looking to appoint an experienced Senior Technical Services Manager on a permanent basis. This is a high-profile Central London role, covering projects across Islington, Camden Town, Westminster, Hackney, Paddington, Chelsea and Whitechapel. This is an excellent opportunity to join a business renowned for delivering exceptional-quality fit-out and refurbishment projects across the luxury residential, prestige hotel and high-end commercial interiors sectors. Role & Responsibilities As Senior Technical Services Manager, you will take full ownership of the MEP technical delivery from early design stages through to final handover: * Provide full MEP Technical Services support from pre-tender stage through construction, testing, commissioning, demonstrations, handover and practical completion * Take complete ownership of the MEP packages, reporting into the Project / Contracts Manager who holds overall project responsibility * Support the PM/CM in managing and coordinating the construction programme, with a particular focus on all MEP elements * Produce and manage regular progress updates, reporting and programme droplines * Ensure all works are delivered in line with company procedures, including: * ISO 14001 (Environmental) * ISO 9001 (Quality) * Statutory Health & Safety regulations * Act as the technical lead on site, driving quality, compliance and best practice across all MEP services About You The successful candidate will have: * Proven experience in a Senior Technical Services Manager / Technical Services Manager role * A strong background delivering prestige hotels, high-end commercial interiors, luxury and super-prime residential projects * HNC in Engineering (highly desirable) * Electrical qualifications * Strong technical knowledge of MEP services and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively What’s on Offer * Permanent position with a highly regarded prestige fit-out contractor * Exposure to flagship Central London projects * Long-term career progression within a growing and respected business * Competitive salary and package If you are a Senior Technical Services Manager based in or able to commute to Central London, and you’re looking to join one of London’s most respected fit-out contractors, apply now for immediate consideration.
