Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor – Civils & Groundworks (Residential) Location: Sheffield / Yorkshire Region An opportunity has arisen for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a leading residential civils and groundworks contractor delivering major schemes across the Yorkshire region. This is a senior commercial role offering autonomy, influence, and progression within a successful business. Responsibilities: * Full commercial responsibility for major residential civils & groundworks schemes * Commercial reporting to senior management * Risk management and profit protection * Client and subcontractor negotiations * Final accounts and project close-out * Mentoring junior commercial staff Requirements: * Strong background as a Senior Quantity Surveyor within residential civils & groundworks * Proven ability delivering profitable projects * Confident client-facing communicator * Strong leadership and commercial acumen * Full UK driving licence Package: * Excellent salary * Car or car allowance * Bonus potential * Pension * Long-term progression opportunities
