You’ll provide leadership, mentor junior architects, and coordinate multidisciplinary teams to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality designs. You’ll also represent the firm in meetings with clients, agencies, and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Lead design development and documentation for large-scale mixed-use and residential projects (50,000–1M+ SF) Guide and coordinate teams across disciplines, including structural, MEP, and façade consultants Represent the firm in client, agency, and community meetings Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and growth Oversee zoning, coordination, and construction administration tasks Contribute to the firm’s learning and studio culture Skills & Experience Required 8–15 years of experience working on complex urban and mixed-use projects Proficiency in Revit; knowledge of Rhino/Enscape a plus Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills Licensure preferred or in progress Why Join Us?
