Stephen James Consulting continue to work with one of their established not-for-profit elderly care providers in the search for a Home Manager for a large residential and dementia care home based in East Cambridgeshire. This is a key leadership role within a large residential and dementia care service, requiring a confident and experienced Home Manager to lead, stabilise and further develop the home. The role would suit a resilient, hands-on leader with strong governance knowledge and the ability to embed high standards of care, culture and accountability. Key Responsibilities: * Providing strong, visible leadership across all operational aspects of the home * Managing, developing and supporting a large multidisciplinary staff team * Ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centred residential and dementia care * Maintaining full compliance with all regulatory, legislative and governance requirements * Embedding a positive, values-led culture focused on dignity, respect and accountability * Driving continuous improvement across quality, staff engagement, occupancy and operational performance * Working closely with senior leadership to deliver agreed quality and business objectives To be considered for this role, you will need: * A minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Home Manager within residential or dementia care * Proven experience managing medium to large services * Strong knowledge of CQC regulations, care governance and quality frameworks * A calm, resilient and hands-on leadership style * A track record of service improvement, stability and raising standards This is an excellent opportunity for a strong, experienced Home Manager to take ownership of an established service and make a meaningful, long-term impact within a respected not-for-profit organisation.
