About the Opportunity: NRL is excited to be recruiting an experienced Project Manager for a key role with one of our prestigious clients. What You’ll Be Doing: * Lead the delivery of projects, ensuring successful execution within defined goals, timelines, and budgets, while adhering to safety standards and regulatory compliance. * Work closely with the client’s Project Portfolio Manager (PPM) to develop and execute project strategies, ensuring alignment with overall project objectives. * Manage and oversee cross-functional project teams, ensuring the safe and effective delivery of nuclear projects. * Maintain continuous communication with the client and internal teams, fostering strong relationships and ensuring effective project execution. * Ensure compliance with all relevant safety standards, quality assurance procedures, and project activities. * Occasionally travel to other UK sites to support project delivery and collaborate with stakeholders. What You’ll Need: * A degree in engineering or a related discipline. * Formal Project Management qualification (e.g., APMP) or equivalent. * Extensive experience managing projects through all phases, ideally within complex, regulated environments. * In-depth knowledge of project management techniques and methodologies, including experience with engineering, design, procurement, safety, and construction management. * Proficiency in project management tools, including scheduling, cost control, risk management, and Earned Value techniques. * Strong communication and organizational skills to foster relationships and maintain effective networks with internal and external stakeholders. * Proven experience in delivering projects within high safety and regulatory standards. * Has the ability to gain security clearance.
