Irrigation Manager

Permanent Full-Time | Horticulture / Production Agriculture A leading fresh produce grower is seeking an experienced Irrigation Manager to take ownership of irrigation and fertigation systems across a large-scale, high-performance cropping operation. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who is passionate about precision irrigation, plant performance, and team development—someone who enjoys turning data, observation, and best practice into outstanding crop outcomes. About the Role The Irrigation Manager is responsible for delivering crop irrigation and fertigation programs that maximise yield and quality. Working closely with the Operations Manager, the role leads the irrigation team and ensures all systems, infrastructure, and water budgets are operating at best-practice standard. The position plays a key role in crop decision-making, climate and tunnel management, data collection, and continuous improvement across production systems.
