Role Overview As a Design Engineer, you'll create detailed engineering designs for marine systems and structures, producing high-quality 2D and 3D outputs. You'll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless integration of components and systems for naval vessels. Key Engineering Disciplines Structural Engineering: Design and modelling of bulkheads and decks Shell modelling and nesting Piping Engineering: Pipe routing and isometric drawings Electrical Engineering: Electrical system and component design Schematic analysis and cable management Cable segregation and load calculations Outfit Engineering: Compartment layout and equipment integration Design of ship access and escape systems Specification of insulation, coatings, and deck coverings Tools & Technologies PTC Windchill Siemens Foran Preferred Background Naval ship design experience Cable network design Piping systems for marine or industrial applications Why Join Belcan?
