Quantity Surveyor - Commercial Shopfitting & Interiors Location: Huddersfield (commutable) Salary: Up to £70,000 + package About the Role We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to manage the commercial aspects of interior fit-out projects. This role involves working closely with clients, design teams, and subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standard. The work is nationwide, but the candidate should be commutable to Huddersfield. Key Responsibilities Manage all contractual and financial aspects of interior fit-out projects Procure subcontractors and suppliers, including cost analysis and contract administration Prepare cost reports, valuations, and manage project budgets Manage variations, design changes, and final account settlements Conduct site visits to monitor progress and support project delivery Liaise with clients, architects, and consultants to ensure expectations are met Provide support and guidance to junior team membersIdeal Candidate Proven Quantity Surveyor experience in retail, hospitality, or restaurant fit-outs Comfortable working across multiple projects nationwide Strong commercial, negotiation, and contract management skills Excellent organisational, time management, and communication abilities Educated to degree level in Quantity Surveying or related commercial qualification Full UK driving licenceWhy Join?
