Automation and Process Support Analyst Temporary to Permanent Part time or Full time Salary dependent on experience We are looking for an Automation and Process Support Analyst to join a growing business in a newly created role focused on improving how the company uses data, Excel and automation. This is a great opportunity for a Computer Science graduate or someone with a related degree such as Data Science, Software Engineering, IT or Mathematics, as well as strong students or early career professionals with the right technical skills. The role will start on a temporary basis with the opportunity to become permanent. What you will be doing * Supporting the automation of internal business processes * Building and maintaining Excel tools, templates and reports * Using VBA to automate repetitive tasks * Helping set up and test workflows using tools such as n8n, Zapier or Power Automate * Supporting simple AI driven tasks such as data extraction and workflow triggers * Testing and documenting automation solutions * Helping users with basic system and automation issues What we are looking for * A degree in Computer Science or a related subject such as Data Science, Software Engineering, IT or Mathematics * Strong Excel skills including formulas and PivotTables * Experience with VBA or Visual Basic * An interest in automation, AI and process improvement * Some experience with automation tools such as n8n, Zapier, Make or Power Automate * Good attention to detail and willingness to learn * Clear communication skills Nice to have but not essential * Experience with APIs, JSON or webhooks * Basic knowledge of SQL, Python or JavaScript * Power BI or Power Query experience For immediate consideration, please send your CV to Richard @ i2i Recruitment today.
