Key Requirements: * Must be a Registered Nurse with a valid NMC registration. * Minimum of 3 years UK experience working on Surgical/Orthopaedic wards. * Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. * Flexibility to work day and night shifts.
