Customer Service Executive

We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-focused Customer Service Administrator to join a small busy and supportive team in Bedford. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity offering stable hours and the chance to develop within a well-established organisation. The role is varied and combines customer service, accounts support, and administrative responsibilities, making it ideal for someone who enjoys juggling tasks and keeping processes running smoothly. Location: Bedford Contract: Temp to Perm Pay Rate: £13.58 per hour Hours: Monday to Friday - 8.30am to 4.30pm or 9.00am to 5.00pm You’ll be: Checking deliveries against supplier invoices Raise purchase orders as required Check and confirm invoices on receipt Allocate job costs and prepare invoices for sign-off Liaise with suppliers to resolve invoice and cost queries Work closely with Head Office Accounts to resolve supplier and cost issues Prepare mailing dockets for UK and overseas despatches Check end-of-day postage against dockets before mail is released Prepare job bags for invoicing on completion of work Ensure all costs are recorded accurately Check data numbers are correct Ensure all overs are dealt with appropriately Prepare draft sales invoices Support the input and day-to-day oversight of a new system Manage incoming client calls professionally Take customer sales ordersAbout You Previous experience in customer service, administration, or accounts support is essential Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Confident communicator, both with clients and suppliers Comfortable working with numbers, invoices, and data Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment CALL The Bedford Team today - (Apply online only)    Thank you for your interest in this vacancy, which is being advertised by Siamo Bedford, who are acting as an employment agency / business.      One of our Recruitment Specialists will now review your application.
