Apex Resources are looking for a Site Manager to work on an Office Fitout project in Central London for 1 year. Role Overview: The Site Manager will oversee all fabric walling and ceiling activities on-site, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, some technical knowledge/experience, and excellent coordination skills to manage teams and liaise with the main contractor and other sub-contractors while working in conjunction with the Project Managers. Key Responsibilities: • Manage day-to-day site operations, reporting directly to Project Managers • Supervise and coordinate installation teams. • Attending all on site meetings including DABS, daily logistics meeting etc. • Compilation of weekly snag report on site audit pro. • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies. • Monitor project progress, quality, and timelines, reporting to the Project Manager. • Conduct site inspections and resolve issues promptly. • Maintain accurate documentation, including site reports and material records. • Liaise with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure specifications are met. • Oversee installation of bespoke items and ensure quality craftsmanship. Skills & Qualifications: • Proven experience as a Site Manager in acoustic walling/ceiling projects. • Strong knowledge of installation processes. • Excellent leadership and communication skills. • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans. • Understanding of health and safety regulations. • CSCS, SMSTS, and First Aid certification Personal Attributes: • Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality. • Strong problem-solving and organisational skills. • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
