The Role As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you'll: Interview and qualify candidates for temporary and permanent roles Write strong candidate profiles for schools Work to weekly performance targets Learn negotiation, influencing and sales skills Earn commission as you progress - not just at the endYou'll be coached daily by experienced managers and supported by in-house trainers and mentors.
