Location: M25 Corridor (Covering 25 Commercial Buildings) Salary: Initial rate is £25 per hour, £45,000 on a permanent basis (potentially offered following 3 month temporary period). Contract Type: Temporary to permanent Start: ASAP Hours: Monday–Friday About the Role We are seeking an experienced Van Mobile Plumber / Mechanical Engineer to join our team, covering a portfolio of 25 commercial buildings along the M25 corridor. This is a mobile role ideal for someone who enjoys variety, autonomy, and working across multiple sites. What You’ll Be Doing * Carrying out planned and reactive plumbing and mechanical maintenance * Diagnosing and repairing faults across commercial building systems * Ensuring compliance and accurate reporting through Elogbooks (CAFM system) * Supporting site teams and maintaining high standards of service delivery What We Provide * Company van + fuel card * Company tools and any required specialist equipment * Mobile phone * Full access to our CAFM system (Elogbooks) * Supportive team and well-organised workload What We’re Looking For * Qualified plumber or mechanical engineer * Experience in commercial maintenance * Strong fault-finding skills * Comfortable working independently across multiple sites * Good communication and CAFM reporting skills If you’re a reliable, skilled engineer looking for a mobile role with strong long-term potential, we’d love to hear from you
