Senior Customer Service – Full Remote


Due to continued expansion our client, a well-established, national Service company is actively seeking an experienced, self-driven and dedicated Customer Service Advisor to complement their friendly team on a permanent basis. This is a fully remote role. Reporting directly to the Sales & Operations Manager, key responsibilities will include: * Communicating with clients to understand their needs and explain product value. * Building relationships with clients based on trust and respect. * Collaborating with internal departments to facilitate client need fulfilment. * Collecting and analysing data to learn more about consumer behaviour. * Keeping accurate records pertaining to inventory and account notes. * Maintaining updated knowledge of company products and services. * Resolving complaints and preventing additional issues by improving processes. * Identifying industry trends. * Acting as a client advocate with a focus on improving the buyer experience. As a successful candidate, you will have experience within a sales/account management/sales administration role, a professional approach to customer service, exceptional verbal and written communication skills, a great attention to detail together with excellent IT Skills and experience of MS products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
