Air Conditioning Engineer M3 M40 Corridor

The business operates predominantly across London and the Home Counties, delivering high-quality service, maintenance, and breakdown support. The Role We are currently seeking an experienced Air Conditioning Service & Maintenance Engineer to join our mobile engineering team. This role will focus on providing service, maintenance, and breakdown support across the M3 / M40 corridor. Key Responsibilities Service, maintenance, and fault-finding on: VRV systems VRF systems Split & Multi-split systems Attending breakdowns and completing repairs efficiently Working across a varied portfolio of commercial and public-sector sites Completing all job-related paperwork and reports accurately Representing the company professionally on customer sitesWorking Hours Monday to Friday: 8:00am – 5:00pm 1-hour lunch break Mobile role with paid travel timeSalary & Package Up to £48,000 per annum (dependent on experience) Additional travel time 1 hour paid per day. Anything over 9 hours per day paid at x1.5 (including travel) 15 days sick pay after probation Quarterly bonus scheme Birthday off every year Company van & fuel card Company credit card for parking 25 days annual leave + 8 bank holidays 3-month probation period Pension scheme Full uniform & PPE provided Ongoing training and manufacturer-led courses  Call-Out 1 week in every 15 weeks£100 standby payment per week
