A well-established and highly respected supplier within the DIY and garden retail space is looking to appoint a National Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with key UK big-box customers. This is a strategic, high-impact role, focused on developing long-term partnerships, driving joint business plans and supporting continued growth across cordless and outdoor product categories. What's the Job? Manage and develop relationships with national DIY and garden retail accounts Own joint business planning, ranging, promotions and forecasting with key customers Drive sales growth across battery-powered tools and outdoor power equipment Act as the commercial link between retail partners and internal teams Support new product launches, seasonal planning and in-store execution Analyse sales performance, margins and category trends Provide regular reporting, forecasts and competitor insights What Do I Need? Experience managing national or strategic retail accounts within DIY, garden, tools or a related sector Strong understanding of battery-powered / cordless tool ranges Proven ability to manage pricing, promotions and forecasts Commercially astute with strong negotiation and relationship-building skills Confident communicator, comfortable working with senior buyers Well organised, self-motivated and comfortable working autonomously What's on Offer?
