About the role As a New Homes Sales Consultant, you’ll be the face of Ballymore for prospective buyers, guiding them through every step of the sales journey. From initial enquiry to completion, you’ll ensure a seamless, professional, and customer-focused experience. Key responsibilities * Comply with all relevant legislation affecting residential sales operations. * Achieve individual and team sales performance targets. * Register enquiries, arrange appointments, and conduct viewings. * Follow a structured sales journey and qualifying process. * Negotiate offers and liaise with management for approvals. * Handle telephone and email enquiries promptly and professionally. * Deliver exceptional customer service at all times. * Assist with maintaining the marketing suite and show apartments. * Maintain excellent knowledge of the development to confidently communicate and sell to potential buyers. * Support sales progression and ensure smooth handovers. Skills & Experience * Strong understanding of the new build market and off-plan sales experience * Previous property sales experience, ideally within an on-site sales team. * Sales experience gained in Canary Wharf is preferable * Excellent sales and negotiation skills. * Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. * Highly organised and able to work under pressure.
