SEN Teaching Assistant (Experience Essential) Location: Southwark, London Pay Range: £90 – £108.65 per day Contract Type: Temporary, Full-Time We’re recruiting an experienced and highly capable SEN Teaching Assistant to join a supportive primary school in Southwark. This role is strictly suited to candidates with proven SEN experience, as you will be working closely with pupils who require consistent, skilled, and confident support to access learning and thrive in school. About our Partner We are working with a well-established and inclusive primary school that places high importance on high-quality SEN provision. The school offers strong leadership, clear behaviour policies, and a collaborative team environment. Staff are well supported and SEN support is prioritised across the school. The Role – SEN Teaching Assistant You will provide targeted 1:1 and small group support for pupils with Special Educational Needs, supporting both learning and emotional regulation. You’ll be expected to confidently implement individual education plans, manage behaviour effectively, and adapt strategies to meet each child’s needs. This role requires experience, resilience, and a calm, professional approach.
