This role is central to maintaining high service standards and ensuring seamless coordination between clients, vendors, agents, and senior management. Shipping Coordinator Key Responsibilities Liaise professionally with clients via phone and email, ensuring clear and consistent communication Act as a dedicated point of contact for assigned clients, maintaining strong working relationships Manage expectations with vendors, agents, and partners to ensure smooth project execution Report directly to senior management, providing timely and accurate updates Coordinate and oversee the shipping of high-end interior design furniture and fine art Handle fast-paced situations with confidence, problem-solving efficiently under pressureAbout You Highly organised with excellent attention to detail Proven experience in shipping high-end products (essential) Calm, professional, and solutions-focused in demanding environments Driven, passionate, and eager to grow within a specialist logistics company Committed to delivering excellence and maintaining white-glove service standardsSalary Dependent on industry experience Starting from £32,500 per annumIf you feel you meet the criteria & are reach for a challenge, get in touch
