Job Title: Administrator, Springburn, Temporary with opportunity to become permanent, £16.00 – £19.00 per hour (DOE) Key Responsibilities * Hours: Monday–Friday, 09:00–15:30 Paid Hours: 30 hours per week (32 hours worked, includes 30-minute lunch * Support a team of field-based Electricians and Apprentices with job paperwork * Manage project documentation and reporting requirements * Assist with Health & Safety documentation and record keeping * Process financial transactions and perform bank reconciliations using Sage 50 * Assist with financial data and cost analysis reporting * Support materials management and monitor stock levels * Maintain fleet records for all company vehicles * Carry out general administration duties including filing, data entry, and telephony Essential Skills & Experience * Minimum of 1 year’s experience using Sage, specifically for purchasing and bank reconciliations * Experience working in a busy administrative environment * High IT literacy with strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Strong organisational, time-management, and attention-to-detail skills * Proactive team player with a positive attitude Additional Information * Ongoing training and support provided * Excellent opportunity to secure a permanent position We are seeking an Administrator / Accounts Assistant to join a small, supportive team on a temporary-to-permanent basis.
