Bank Support Worker – Young Adults Homeless Shelter Location Burnley Salary £12.21 Hours Bank casual work Days and nights available Flexible scheduling to support work-life balance Contract As and when required Essential Requirements * Experience supporting young adults with complex needs, including mental health, substance misuse, and behavioural challenges * Ability to work safely in high-pressure and crisis situations * Strong communication skills and ability to follow care plans and safeguarding protocols * Resilience, reliability, and commitment to providing high-quality care * Due to the nature of personal care and safeguarding requirements, this post is restricted to women only.
