Exams Manager

Job Purpose Oversee the exams process, ensuring high standards and responsiveness across the organisation. Develop and implement quality assurance and evaluation procedures for examinations. Drive improvements to make exam services more efficient and impactful. Main Duties Manage the administration and compliance of exams with regulatory requirements. Oversee exam entries, registrations, and the provision of a suitable exam environment. Lead and support a team of exam staff, ensuring effective communication and training. Ensure accurate and timely data handling for registrations, results, and audits. Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain compliance and enhance processes. Assist senior management with planning, reporting, and operational improvements. Requirements Proven experience within exams in an educational setting Experience within strict examination board constraints. Experience of working with highly confidential data Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to lead a team.
