The role – SEN Teaching Assistant This role of an SEN Teaching Assistant is required for someone to work and support 2 students with complex needs in a KS1 class. This role requires someone who is caring and encouraging and will meet the needs of the students. furthermore, you will be required to create to safe and supportive environment for students to feel valued, loved and to develop in their learning.
