What you'll be doing As an outbound sales advisor, you'll be: Calling existing customers to check their appliances are fully covered Using your personality and sales skills to upsell relevant products Building rapport and understanding each customer's needs Matching customers with the protection package that works best for them What's in it for you? £24,500 basic salary plus OTE of £7,200 per year A 4-week paid training programme to set you up for success Ongoing coaching, support and development from day one You don't need to worry about being thrown in at the deep end. You'll learn the systems, sharpen your sales technique and quickly feel confident speaking with customers. What we're looking for Proven experience in targeted sales Ability to work independently (home-based experience is a plus) Strong attention to detail and pride in getting things right first time Excellent communication and relationship-building skills A calm, organised approach with the ability to multitask Where you'll work This is a remote role, so you'll need reliable broadband and a dedicated workspace at home. Prefer office time? A brand-new, state-of-the-art office has just opened right next to Nottingham train station - come in as often as you like if you're local.
