Experienced Air Conditioning Engineer Facilities Management Company Location: Swindon, Reading, Southampton, Oxford (and surrounding areas) Salary: £42,000 – £45,000 per annum Job Type: Full-time, Permanent We are currently recruiting an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer to join a well-established Facilities Management company covering the South and South East regions. The Role Predominantly service and maintenance work on air conditioning systems Occasional small installation works Working across commercial FM sites Travel within the listed locations and surrounding areas Working Hours & Overtime Standard working hours apply Double time paid on bank holidays Requirements Proven experience as an Air Conditioning Engineer within an FM or commercial environment F-Gas qualified – minimum Level 2 (Level 3 preferred) Good working knowledge of electrical, mechanical and basic plumbing systems Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills Full UK driving licence Ability to work independently and professionally on client sites Package & Benefits Competitive salary of £42,000 – £45,000 Paid travel time (after first 30 minutes each way) Enhanced overtime rates Opportunity to join an established FM company with long-term stability About Marble Talent As engineering recruitment specialists, we pride ourselves on the ability to turn aspiring candidates at the beginning, middle or towards the end of their engineering careers into successful, professional engineers place at the right companies.
