Commissioning Manager - Data Centre

The Role: As Commissioning Manager, you will oversee the commissioning of new data centre facilities from design through handover. You’ll make sure all systems work as intended, coordinating teams and contractors to deliver projects safely, on time, and to budget. Your work will directly contribute to operational excellence and the satisfaction of our clients. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage commissioning activities for new and upgraded data centre facilities. Develop and implement commissioning plans, procedures, and schedules in collaboration with engineering, construction, and operations teams. Ensure all systems—electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and IT infrastructure—meet design specifications and regulatory standards. Supervise testing, troubleshooting, and performance validation of complex systems. Coordinate and manage contractors, vendors, and commissioning teams. Monitor progress, report risks, and implement solutions to meet deadlines and quality standards. Capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement. Skills and Experience: Proven experience as a Commissioning Manager or similar role in data centres, critical facilities, or large-scale infrastructure projects Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems in high-demand environments Experience delivering projects on time and within budget Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills Fluent in English; Swedish is an advantage but not essential What We Offer: The opportunity to work on world-class data centre projects in Sweden A collaborative and innovative work environment where your expertise is valued Opportunities for professional development and international exposure
